This is your space to ask questions—real questions—about what it’s like to live with, work with, or support a spicy, neurodivergent brain.
What this session is:
A 45-minute 1:1 call with me (Skyler—a certified ADHD Life Coach-in-training + full-time ADHD human)
A judgment-free convo where you can ask about ADHD, executive dysfunction, time blindness, relationships, shame spirals, or that weird thing your brain does that you’ve never been able to explain
A chance to leave with some clarity, a few helpful ideas, and maybe a little less shame (because you are not broken)
A safe space for you to ask any questions- even the hard or scary ones, without shame or worry.
What this session isn’t:
It’s not therapy, a diagnosis, or medical advice
It’s not a sales call or a pitch
It’s not me telling you to just “try harder” (ew)
You'll walk away with:
Clearer understanding of ADHD (the real-life version, not just the clinical stuff)
Reliable info from someone who lives this and coaches it
At least one idea or next step you can explore—if that’s what you’re looking for
This is a one-time session. No strings. No pressure. Just one curious conversation between two humans, trying to make sense of a spicy brain.
